Long process, 5 rounds of interviews. It was not hard, and you get to meet a lot of people. Overall, the information they give you about the role is accurate and the extra time was a good thing to get to know the team.

In the third round, you’ll be asked to do a mock pitch with a presentation to a panel of CFG team members.

Entretien
The interview process was very good. The interviewer was friendly and asked some good questions. Not a big problem answering and it was a good conversation. The interviewer was very knowledgeable and provided me with some valuable Information about the company that wasn't available on the website.
There were supposed to be 2-3 rounds of interviews.
I had a screening/ intro call with the HR a couple of times over the last few months, on different occasions but it never worked out for one or the other reason.
It seemed like they liked my profile always and were happy to move me forward in the process during the call, but then either ghosted me or replied saying they’d found another candidate.
The requirements for the role were always ambiguous as one or the other illogical reasons were used to justify their reason behind not moving forward with my candidacy.
Since this happened on multiple occasions, I wouldn’t recommend working in a company where the internal team is not aligned on requirements and expectations.
Very weird experienced considering the firm used to be good.
