Yes, It was a lengthy process but paid off in the end. They were very competitive with an offer I received with a different company.

Throughout the process, you will get the chance to meet a lot of the folks working in the company and various department. That is your opportunity to ask about the position, expectations, culture, etc.. The interviewing team consists of a mix of folks from all kinds of backgrounds and teams, so you will get a good perspective about the company and its culture. Depending on the position, you will have two phone screening interviews, one with the HR dept. and a second one with the head of the team you will be interviewing for. Should you do well on those two, you will probably be sent some sort of homework. Once the homework is completed, you will then be invited to come in and discuss the homework with the team, and meet some other folks from around the company.
