Entretien
I applied through their website, and after some time, I received an email to schedule an interview. The first interview was very disappointing; it felt like a session that could have easily been a form. The interviewer requested that I turn on my camera, but he didn’t turn on his, which I found odd. He asked several questions like how many years of experience I had with certain technologies, what my strongest technology was, and other questions that could have clearly been answered in a form.
After that, they sent me a link for a coding challenge, which was relatively easy, involving React and Node. It took around 20 minutes for each part. Later, I received a third email asking me to schedule another call and to send a copy of my ID, which I found very suspicious. Given the lack of information about the company and the lack of transparency in the first interview, I decided not to proceed further, as the request for an ID copy seemed very suspicious.

The interview was quick, just a questionnaire to find out my skills and how comfortable I am with each of them.
In the interview it was said that they would get back to us, but if not, I could get in touch for information.
The test wasn't difficult, and I'm sure I did well.
However, no one got back to me and they didn't respond to my contacts.
When I asked another recruiter on Linkedin, he wasn't friendly at all, just telling me "good luck" and that the platform was only for seniors... Who is he to know about my experience and professionalism?

A recruiter contacted me on Linkedin and we scheduled a video call.
In this video call the recruiter was so sharp and rude asking questions that he can find in my resume or even in my Linkedin profile, it looked like a robot. By the end of the meeting he sent me a link to a code challenge. Note that he didn't told me any details about the job and anything about the company.
The code challenge was a mess, in a messy platform with a hedious IDE and no debugging options. Also I had 20 minutes to finish a the "code" challenge, you can't apply any of your senior skills within 20 minutes like: SOLID, patterns, etc. I guess they were expecting a ridiculous code but matching the output.
After that nobody came to tell me what was the problem or what they were expecting. Seriously, no feedback?
