J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez CloserIQ (New York, NY) en déc. 2018
Entretien
The process was very thorough & gave both parties a chance to get to know one another.:
1. Phone Screen with a hiring manager
2. In person "coffee" with a hiring manager
3. In person interview with various members of the team that included a presentation & mock call
The team is approximately 20 people currently, so as with any start-up, I imagine this interview format will change over time.
I was super impressed with the Talent Advisor team/management & feel that I got a really solid feel for what the culture is like at CloserIQ - a group of highly motivated, intelligent individuals. The various interviews were very conversational & relaxed but as with any interview, do your due diligence in understanding CloserIQ's business & industry!
Very kind and supportive team and hiring managers! I feel like it would be a great company to work at, in the future, just was not the right time for me!
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez CloserIQ en mars 2022
Entretien
The process was comprised of five parts: Phone Screen, Written Exercise, Mock Client Call, Sales Manager Interview, and Final Exec Interview/ Team Member Interview. Each interview was scheduled for 30 minutes and aside from the phone screen, everything was conducted over Zoom.

Question 1
The interviews were pretty free form, mostly trying to figure out how one would engage with the client.

Entretien
The process was relatively long but thorough. There were 5 steps total: a pre-screen call, a written assignment, a mock call via zoom, a zoom interview with a manager, and a 1 1/4hr interview/conversation with VP, TA, and TAS.
I had a positive experience and everyone was extremely nice.

Question 1
There were no regular interview questions. They were asked based on the conversation taking placed; nothing felt scripted on their part.
