I had to prepare a lesson to teach that was 5 minutes. After this I answered questions they had on my presentation. After this they asked me a few interview questions.

The Initial screening was followed by zoom interview. The process took about a month from start to finish. I did not get selected at the end. The interviewers were kind.
The interview process involves a 5 minute teaching sample, a group discussion activity of a current events topic with other candidates, and a traditional one-on-one interview. The teaching sample takes place with other candidates and they serve as "students" for the exercise.
