Genuinely one of the weirdest/least professional processes I have ever been a part of. Everything at first seems pretty cool, decent pay, 100% remote ya know the good stuff. I got reached out to on LinkedIn for this position, took the first call, she seemed nice and normal. Then I get the assignment and at first I was like this could fun, show of my sales prowess, whatever. I have to submit my case study first, that gets approved, then my next interview isn't until 10 days after that. The person I had the second interview with isn't even involved in the vertical I applied for anymore, I get moved on to the next round to talk to another guy that has nothing to do with my role and that 3rd interview didn't happen for another 10 days. Then my "4th Interview" was with the CEO and it was an incredibly interrogative conversation where you felt every thing you said was under a microscope and very strange, zero intrapersonal skills on her end whatsoever. That conversation wasn't for almost 10 days after the initial convo, when in my original call with the recruiter she said someone had just got hired within a 10 day period and my interview process alone was a calendar month.
