Completely ridiculous. Instead of the recruiter actually contacting me for the first interview, I was sent a templated email with a "case study" to complete. Essentially, I had to learn the software and complete a sales pitch, recorded to video and then submit back in lieu of an actual interview. So, I did and never heard anything. What a colossal waste of time and an arrogant hiring practice.

I have interviewed for this company on two separate occasions. My advice don’t waste your time, they have you do a case study for each position you apply for! The Account Executive position you record a video which is supposed to be under 3 minutes. In this video you are given a fake CRM with detailed information about clients, and choose a client you would prioritize! You have to explain why, and what you would do to win that customer in under 3 minutes! Pretty tough! I took multiple attempts so I could get it under 3 minutes. After finally condensing my video to under 3 minutes I submitted only to be denied the role for not the first but the second time. They give zero feedback or reasoning behind the decision.

They send you a case study to complete. It is automatically sent, they do not review your application. When you complete it, somebody watches it and sends you general feedback that is not related to the case study you created.
