I applied online and got an email to come in for a face to face interview four days later. I set my time to interview a week later. The woman who interviewed me was pretty easy going and told me the next step was a talent plus interview. I got a call the next day to set up and appointment for my talent plus phone interview. I researched likely questions all night and came up with various answers. Having absolutely no retail experience I had to be pretty clever. I have the phone interview Thursday and heard back from HR the next Thursday. I was told I did an excellent job and she told me that I was a prime candidate for hiring. She was really easy going and told me what pay to tell them I wanted and everything. At about 4:30 that night I got a phone offer from Macy's. I'm super excited to work for such a great company!

Applied online and was called in a week after to schedule for a in-person interview with the Cosmetic manager then immediately after I was put into an interview with the Clinique counter manager "Courtney" She ask me a couple of questions and after ask me to complete a survey online and was promised she will call me with feedback. Needless to say I never heard from her again after that and was never given any feedback in regards to the survey...

Entretien
I did an online interview which consisted of several questions, I then got through to the next stage which was a group interview. It was very laid back and more like a group training exercise. After this I was told I was through to the next stage. I was then given a phone interview and later told I had been put forward for store approval.

It was pretty quick, 15 minutes maybe. The woman interviewing me was very friendly. She said they would contact me within a week for the second interview if I passed the personality quiz. and they ended up calling the next day and I got exempted from the quiz.
