The interview process consisted of one hour-long interview with two current employees and consisted of several questions about how previous my job experience could demonstrate an ability to fulfill the needs of the position and the company. I was not offered a second interview which I was told would consist of a reading and comprehension test to demonstrate the candidate’s skills.
