Recruitment in this company is shocking, absolutely shocking - 2 months for a a reply to an application, process started in October 2015, then a video recording interview in Dec 2015 and then got told I am through to the next round and now it is April and still have no face to face interview, just loads of calls and empty promises - if they treat people like this before they join Clifford Chance imagine how they treat people once employed. Horrible firm, completely detached form reality in terms of recruitment and making people endure black holes of information vacuum. I mean most companies even small ones who do not have such high EEP manage to organize interviews in reasonable timescales. This company is something else, just the name is all it has! I AM STILL WAITING FOR AN INTERVIEW DATE AFTER 7 MONTHS AND JUST GET CALLS SAYING THEY ARE STILL WORKING THE FORMAT OF THE INTERVIEW - THIS IS SINCE DECEMBER 2015 - Would you hire a legal practice that operates like this, any judge worth his salt would kick this lot out.
