J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Client Solution Architects (Indaiatuba) en août 2017
Entretien
Brief, asked about what I do with 'down time'. What were my cert levels, what experience I had, but what I realized after working there... there was a LOT of downtime (and then each deliverable was incredibly unrealistic)
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Client Solution Architects (San Diego, CA)
Entretien
There are several interviews in the process. I had a total of 3. The first was an easy one, to see if my personality ft with the culture. The second was with the West Coast Director of operations, which was technical heavy. The third was with a member of the top executive team, since I'd also be working with them. It was easy, but you had to watch yourself - mistakes would have taken you out of further consideration. It was a well paying job, so I took the process seriously, even though the experience and working there was an overall negative.

How does your experience apply at CSA? Can you handle being around older, possibly crude/crass men? (Can you scratch and spit?)
