Screening call with HR then an interview with the hiring manager. Both were very nice. I have professional services experience, but none in project management, etc. I knew it was a long-shot, but the company seemed so great, so I applied. While I did not make it any further in the process, it was a good experience. Alexis R. is probably the nicest recruiter I have ever met. The rejection email was the kindest one I have ever received. This company seems great. I just do not possess the experience they are looking for. ClickUp - Thank you for treating your candidates with dignity! So many other companies out there are ghosting candidates.

Just basic resume review and why do you want to for for ClickUp?
The worst hiring process, and I will recommend that anyone established in their career not waste your time with the company.
Steps
1 Applied online
2. Interview with HM (positive experience)
3. Mini Project, which wasted over 12 hours of my time. This company thinks they are Bain and BCG caliber. You have to learn their platform to do the project, and information is vague, and you do not even know what they are looking for.
4. After submitting a project, I got a canned email that they are pursuing other candidates.
I am an established professional in the industry and worked in top consulting firms and F500 companies. I have never seen such a confusing process where this company has no regard for people's time. This is the first and last time I did a free project for the company. Lesson learned by wasting my time.
Top of that no diversity in the employees. It is white boys club.
HR: Treat people the way you want to be treated, or karma will come back, and you will be sending the another side of the table.
I am blacklisting this company for myself!
