Application -> Interview with Recruiter -> Mini Project -> Final Interview -> Reference Checks (yes, they call!)
Took about a month but I appreciated an intense screening process. I understand the concerns with putting so much time in "for just an interview" but I do think it demonstrates your work ethic too. It also weeds out the people who mass send resumes and hope for the best!

Fast and easy, direct to the point. The HR is friendly, and the aura is light. I don't have any bad impressions. Also very accommodating in answering questions for follow-ups.
Same with other company. Following same style of questioning. They want to know you better if you are qualified for the role. Setting expectations and company overview was met. There will be different steps for the recruitment process and they will update you regarding the progress.

It was awesome! Updates are every consistent! They send an update every 24-48 hours which is very important to me or to any job seekers. Very friendly from the recruiter, managers and even the director! It was a great experience.
