I applied for the back-end engineer position through ZipRecruiter. Once I applied I was contacted by Alex. I was directed to fill out the full application on the click up website. In addition to the typical application it was coupled with some good questions pertaining to the back-end and some personality questions. After a couple of days I was contacted by Alex again to set up a phone screen. The phone screen was pretty typical. At the end Alex had some back end questions and I answered them. He said he would follow up with me in a couple of days. I never heard from him again. I followed up via email once a week for four weeks still with no response. I understand if I am not the right person for the job but it does not take a lot of time to respond with an email. Not professional.
