      I recently went through the interview process with Clever Devices and, unfortunately, I must report that my experience was far from satisfactory. There were several issues that I encountered, which I feel are important for potential future candidates to be aware of. Firstly, there was a lack of communication regarding the interview scheduling. After my initial interview was arranged, I did not receive a confirmation email or a calendar invite to block off the time. This led to confusion and a lack of preparation on my part as I was unsure of the exact timing. Secondly, a rescheduling of the interview was necessary. However, this too was poorly managed. I was promised a new interview slot, but again, I did not receive any formal confirmation or follow-up. This time, it was even more disappointing as I was completely ghosted - no email, no call, no explanation. This not only showed a lack of professionalism but also a disregard for a candidate's time and effort. These experiences left me with a negative impression of the company's recruitment process. It’s crucial for a company to maintain clear and respectful communication with potential employees, and unfortunately, in my case, Clever Devices fell short of these basic professional standards. This experience has made me question the internal communication and organizational culture at Clever Devices. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. A company's recruitment process is often a candidate's first glimpse into its culture and operational efficiency, and improvements in this area could significantly enhance Clever Devices' reputation among potential future candidates.
