The woman received my CV from a colleague. She reached out to me, sent me a link about her research and she asked me if I would be interested in a Skype interview. She was really great. She start off asking about the weather, and then she proceed to ask questions. She then introduce her research for twenty minutes and asked if I had any questions. I did. The interview went very well.
