The interview process was smooth and professionally conducted. The recruiter communicated that I would hear back if the hiring manager was interested, but I received an immediate rejection shortly afterward, which felt inconsistent with the expectations set during the conversation.

Entretien
Following 30-minute phone interview by HR, had to take an online skills assessment. After a few weeks, was called in for face-to-face interview consisting of a panel of six from director level to supervisor (including the hiring manager). Interview was approximately one hour in length using pre-scripted questions asked by each member of the panel. Very little time at the end for questions from the applicant to the panel about the position.

Entretien
Spoke with the CC recruiter first in a phone interview. Answered basic questions and let her know I only spoke English. Interviewed with an office manager the next week. First question was if I spoke any other languages, and when I replied no, this was cited as a negative. There does not seem to be a transfer of information from the recruiter to the interviewer and the in-person interview was a waste of time.
