Even after communicating expectations long before the process, they will hold multiple rounds without giving you a clarity how many rounds.So basically they don't have the guts to tell that they can't afford talent. 1. Hackerrank Test, then 2 rounds of interview again on hackerrank, then manager round where manager is nothing but a stupid person asking dumb questions. Then after all the HR discussions,they come up with some director round where a where a very senior person in US with his own convenience sets up an interview early in the morning HR telling this is because they want to level up. Then they will ghost you because they don't have the guts to tell you they are poor(utterly). Most importantly,they send the director with some unreasonable question which is not even asked at GOogle level but if you clear that also much to their surprise,they will leave you hanging. All in all,worst company..They can't grow and good that they don't hire talented people. Such a shame,.
