Interviewed with recruiter for a phone screening. Later a tech interview. I could not see as to their questions how it related to my abilities as a programmer. I believe the tech interviewer failed to get a comprehensive understanding of what I could do for them and unfortunately missed out on a great potential employee. I was not impressed at all.

Using Codehire the tech interviewer asked me to solve two programming scenarios. They left it very open and vague as to what they wanted you to accomplish.
