The interview was average, nothing technical, as much as expected. The management is slow and chaotic. The interviewer didnt knew what exact role they are hiring for even though the hiring was for immediate joining. The communication between HR and managers is also poor as it took almost a month for HR to reach back to me about the result of the interview, and she was totally unaware of the process before that.
