A Customer Business Executive from Amdocs reached out to me over LinkedIn and connected me with a talent acquisition specialist at Clearbridge. This TAS got on the phone with me and sold me on all the perks of working at Clearbridge. At the end of the call he asked for my salary expectations. I told him what they were and he started negotiating me down. I told him I would think about it. He said think about it and text him both my expected contract rate and FTE salary expectations when I got a chance. I did so later that day. Instead of telling me whether or not we could move forward based on those figures, he ghosted me. It was rather unprofessional to say the least. A professional organization would would give their max and let the candidate determine if they would want to move forward.

Entretien
Applied online, scheduled an interview for same week. After few reminders to recruiter, he finally called half an hour late (no explanations or apology), waiting for me to lead the interview and being really rude. Did not ask any professional questions at all.
I felt like I should be thankful he did not hang the call in my face. Would stay away, horrible experience.
