The interview process with ClearGage was professional, consistent, and transparent. McCarty was a pleasure to work with and laid out the responsibilities of the role along with the expectations as well, so I knew what I was getting myself into. I was still in the process of interviewing (a phone interview, another with the CRO, and at least another with other peers of ClearGage) but decided to accept another offer before I moved on to the 3rd stage.
