Long winded but nice people, the interview process was unnecessarily long for the experience level required for the role (I think it ended up being 4-5 rounds of interviewing all the way up to an interview with the CEO who I never spoke to during the entire year that I worked there.

I applied for this job on LinkedIn, and heard back the next day from Angie, from then on I had an interview with her which is the recruiter in HR I believe, after that I met with the manager, and then the director. I also got a chance to talk to you people who were currently in the client support specialist role. It was honestly amazing to get everyone’s Point of you on the company, and I was able to ask lots of questions and get a ton of information. The process took about a week, and today I was just offered the job. The offer letter detailed all of the pay and benefits that you were receive working with the company. I cannot wait to start my new journey. Nothing but positive vibes from everyone I spoke with. It honestly never felt like an interview it honestly just felt like I was talking to a friend. There was lots of laughs. So if you are nervous like myself don’t be just be yourself.

Entretien
The interview process was great. I interviewed with members of the support team, support management and the CEO. The interviews were exciting, had some exercises, had time to talk about the job with the team and they were able to make a decision quickly.
