I interviewed, spoke about my experience and then that relevant experience was not called out to their customer. This put me at a huge disadvantage and was not given a further interview. I did not feel the team went to bat for me. Why waste two interviews when the reason to not move forward was extremely invalid as my level of experience matched exactly what they were looking for and my resume reflected that. So either the feedback was incorrect or my level of experience was not spoken truly; either way I felt the experience was quite poor
