This was for a contract position. The interview consisted of a phone screen and then a zoom call with a higher-up from the actual company. Afterwards I met with the head of the ClearBridge company to finalize the position. The whole process was very fast as the company needed people ASAP. It took about 3 days from the first call to contract.
