Very disappointing recruitment process. I applied for the role and was contacted by someone working for the company within the customer success team. I then had a first stage interview followed by quite a lengthy task which took quite a bit of time and effort for me to prepare. I then had another interview with the team leader and then a final stage interview with the CEO who said I would hear back the following day. This was 2 weeks ago so am safe to assume I was unsuccessful which is fine but I would have at least expected an answer from the company and not to be ghosted! Not the greatest candidate experience after so much effort and time spent on the process.
