After creating a five page document from a list of questions as well as an outreach plan I received no response from the team for three weeks. Then I received a 9PM phone call asking for my availability for an interview the next day, only to be told the next morning there was no need. Obviously they thought their #1 candidate was not interested and panicked so contacted me. This is wholly unprofessional, and because I did not receive any response at after taking hours to complete the hefty assignment after the first interview I feel compelled to let others know.
