Overall, a very terrible experience. I applied online, got a time to talk scheduled with a recruiter. She called me, 20 minutes late, and sounded very disinterested from the get go. Not the tone of voice or demeanor that a recruiter trying to bring top talent to your company should have. When asking me what salary i expect, without telling me anything about the job i let her know i would need to know a little more to give an accurate figure, she got an extreme attitude and borderline argumentative with me, which i have never experienced before. After the very short interview of about 10-15 minutes, she said she would like to schedule me for the next steps and would be reaching out with some times.
Never heard back, emailed a couple times, and finally got a generic rejection.
Checked Linkedin, and noticed that this recruiter who was only with the company 5 months, is already on to her next gig. Their loss.

Spoke with a recruiter over the phone first. Super nice, great conversation. Second interview was with a manager for the position I was applying for. I was kind of shocked with the lack of depth in some of the questions she asked and it was clear she hadn't even looked at my resume prior to, or during the interview. Sort of turned me off to the role, and I didn't get an offer anyways. Seemed like a cool company though.

A 7 minute review of my resume, where I was dismissed after 4 questions. Tough to believe this is how they would review the 10+ years listed. Assume they do the same with their clients.

Straightforward and effective. It was a mutual evaluation since I was not looking for a job at the time. I was impressed with the leadership team, impressed with the product, impressed with their emphasis on training and development.
