Entretien
Pretty standard. Phone screening interview and then 2nd interview over Skype since I was remote with 4 employees from co-worker to executive. They were very transparent with all aspects of the job that I asked about. After a month at the company I feel there really haven't been any surprises. Everything from work culture to my responsibilities matched what they said. Never felt overly judged for answers to my questions. A lot of focus is on cultural fit and it's evident why now that I'm here.
