The interview process was very thorough. They set you up with a recruiter that is your point person through the whole process. There are 3 layers to the interview process. For me, I talked to the manager, a panel of my peers, and the director. With each conversation, I got more and more comfortable. The questions were very thought-provoking and targeted towards the position. I really enjoyed everyone I talked to, which made me what the job even more. Although it can feel like you have a lot of interviews, I felt it was a good thing - they got a good feel for me as a person, and I was able to get a good feel of the employees I would work with.

Initial screen phone call asking about background and what attracted you to the company. A complete waste of time to find out they don’t hire in my state. Did you even look at my resume ? Vet your applicants before setting up an interview to make sure they can even work for you. Didn’t know you could be discriminated on location
