The only phone interview I had was very rushed and the woman interviewing me seemed to not care about anything I had to say. She rarely responded and didn't really ask me about anything relevant to the position, just basic questions like "What makes you qualified" and "what experience do you have" but didn't respond or give me any sort of feedback. I got an email back only two hours later saying I was rejected when I felt that the person interviewing me had no idea what they were even looking for or that they already made up their mind before calling me in the first place.
