Long interview process that you have to prepare for. It is not easy and it will not be hard unless you are not prepared. Practice, practice practice would be my advice

You fill out a few questions on indeed then you're in. They give you one interview prior to a demo, and most people will make it in despite what they tell you.

I applied online and the next day a talent associate emailed me and invited me to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was scheduled before the beginning of the following week. It was 30 minutes exactly and she was really friendly and responsive. She told me at the beginning her responses would be delayed because she was taking notes. She told me she would have to show them to her colleagues before I could move onto to the next step. But by the interview she ended up just inviting me herself to the in person interview. It’s a 20 minute mock lesson, a debrief, and then a traditional interview. It was scheduled for 2 weeks later, but it was a holiday so I expected the delay. I went to the in person interview in the Bronx, everyone was really nice and greeted me warmly. The same talent associate I had been speaking to have me a tour around the school. It was really impressive honestly, the kids were really engaged in everything and giving thoughtful responses. We watched a character class for a while and it was kindergarteners talking about being responsible and it was adorable. They have strict discipline but it’s not devoid of love, at least not at Classical I where I interviewed. Then I did the mock lesson which I thought was terrible but they were impressed. It was the second grade teacher, my talent associate, and another coach. The coach gave me feedback in another room after and I took notes on the back of the lesson plan which was good because at the end they ask you what were the key points. She left and I had the traditional interview with one of the deans and he was really kind and responsive. After that they told me they would contact me in a few days and walked me out. My talent associate called the next day and offered me the position.
