The interview itself was straightforward and covered typical security engineer topics such as technical skills, incident response experience, and team fit. The interviewers were professional, and the conversation went well.
However, after the interview, there was zero follow-up. Despite reaching out multiple times, the recruiter they never responded. Being invited to interview and then completely ignored afterward is unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates’ time.
This lack of basic communication reflects poorly on Class Valuation’s hiring process and suggests internal disorganization. If this is how candidates are treated during recruitment, it raises concerns about how employees are treated internally.
