While the company was working in person (prior to COVID precautions), I met with two interviewers at the company building, had a standard, 30-minute long interview, and took a 15-minute writing test. The company got back to me promptly with their hiring decision.

I was given a brief interview along with a thorough skills assessment. They gave me a topic and had me write an article in order to get an idea of my writing style.

Entretien
There was no sign on the building and the door was locked. I should have turned away then, but I stuck with it. Two "managers" met with me after letting me in and we discussed jobs I did not work. As it turns out, they began with the wrong resume (very professional). The whole process was a joke and the questions were generic.
