It was relatively easy, the recruiting team was very friendly and honest about the career paths at Clark. I think their general questions and answers were geared toward making sure we were a both fit to work together rather than pushing too hard to understand how I would be as an employee, which is appreciated.

Pretty straightforward, spoke with a recruiter, met with 3 different people on site, the interview seemed to go well, but I never heard back from the HR even after multiple attempts. Very disappointing that I wasted my time coming and they didn’t even have the decency to simple respond to my emails with a rejection.
