I had the recruiter screening that went very well. It was your average screening call.
I then had a panel interview with leadership which they asked your normal interview questions. I then met with the team which is a panel of more than 3, and it went well.

There are so many red flags interviewing at this company and I'm so glad I didn't move further to work with ClarisHealth.
Initially, I was approached by a junior recruiter from the company who expressed interest in my qualifications for an Analyst position. She sounded very monotone and didn't know a lot about the position itself when I asked questions. Later on, when she was trying to set up the first video interview, she couldn't even set up a basic Team meeting and had to reschedule multiple times because she was not familiar with it.
Another red flag is the company's relatively short history and the fact that the job posting was no longer accepting applications but recruiters still reaching out to people on LinkedIn. I was a bit confused but decided to give them a chance anyway to see what was going on. Moreover, I'm also currently looking for a new opportunity and their compensation range matches what I'm asking.
On the video call with the hiring manager, the entire session was less than professional. One of the interviewers did not have his camera on, which I found disrespectful, especially considering the importance of first impressions in such settings. The other interviewer was not appropriately dressed for a business meeting (and I'm being polite here because he was wearing a home shirt with seemingly a hole in it).
The entire process itself was perplexing. Despite being told initially that I was well-qualified for the position, I was later informed that I "lacked the necessary skills" and was instead referred to a lower-paying position. I felt so uncomfortable when they talked down on me when in fact I'm certified for what I'm doing and I'm also at a senior level. I'm under the impression that they don't want to pay for what I'm worth so they set up an interview and later on referred me to another position.
When I inquired about the company's products and clients, their responses were very vague as if they were doing some kind of shady business, which was unlike my experiences with any other companies. My previous employers were very proud and knowledgeable about their products or clients.
After all, I just withdrew my application and stopped responding to their emails. I think they're actually not hiring but still waste candidates' time with fake interviews solely to gain information to use in their business while having no intentions of hiring the actual interviewee.

Question 1
No questions were asked, they just wanted to know if I was ok with accepting another position with a lower pay range.

It seems there is a significant lack of communication between HR and the hiring managers at this company. HR appears to be unaware of the specific skills required by the hiring managers, leading to mismatched job placements. I used my PTO to interview with them, only to be referred to a different position that didn't align with my skillset and offered significantly lower pay.
Additionally, they asked numerous detailed questions about my job and clients at my previous employer, who happens to be one of their biggest competitors. However, when I inquired about their operations, they evaded my questions. This raises concerns that they might be attempting to gather competitive intelligence from candidates without any genuine intention to hire them for relevant positions.
Overall, the experience was confusing and unproductive. I would advise against wasting your time with this company, especially if a recruiter reaches out to you.
