It was an interview with their recruiter. He was mainly talking and it looked like they are searching for some narrow skills. Not for generic software engineer. Also it's not the best recruitment process when one recruiter rejects with no feedback and meanwhile some other recruiter contacts me again from their company about same position

Nobody seemed to have read my résumé before speaking with me; not even my potential manager. There was a homework assignment that took hours, including learning a new language, but it was admitted that this had not been read before the interview. We spent maybe 10 seconds discussing it (without ever looking at it), then it seemed like it never ended up being read later. I was there over lunchtime and they asked about any dietary requirements, but it wasn't read.
