Was an assessment day to get this role. It started at 10am and lasted most of the day. There were quite afew of us and started with talk and group activity. It was like a challenge to complete as a team within a set time. At the end of the day everyone had to pitch to a team of 2/3 people from the company. After my pitch, given my degree they decided I was a good fit for a technical role within the company and I went through another interview for that role. I got to the final stage and also had to complete a Thomas Assessment.
