Interview lasted for 1 hour with a partner. An associate came out and interviewed. It was a fairly short process. Partner explained what the firm did, the billable requirements, and the expectations for raises. The over all experience was very positive and informative.

I applied through a craigslist ad, got a call from a legal assistant for an interview, came in, and was offered the job the next day. I was interviewed by 2 different partners since both were looking for someone to add to their respective teams. I also got to talk to a current associate about the culture of the firm and I spoke with the legal assistant from one of the teams I interviewed with.
