I had a 10 minute call and then was supposed to speak to the hiring manager. No one got back to me after being told I was being moved to the next round. Absolute waste of my time. This was after I spent days trying to get in contact with HR after they reached out to me wanting to schedule an interview. Note to hiring: be ready when you say you’re looking to fill a position. I would’ve been able to start immediately but this lack of organization makes me see why the last person quit.
