Before the interview the send you an email which contains a topic of the next interview, but when the interview is happening they could ask you about anything they want to, not limited to your experience, your understanding of consulting, your view about this or that aspect of the market or an industry, relevant to your profile. They also, quite unexpectedly, can throw a case at you to solve, while the interview was not planned to be a case interview.
