1st round HR screening online, 2nd round case study, 3rd round with local two future colleagues interview in the office, 4th round with international staffing manager. Then after 1.5-2 weeks an answer.

A joke of a company. I was rejected for 'lacking consultancy experience' - something that is evident from a quick scan of my CV. Why even interview me then? To waste my time? To fill the assigned interview quota?
Short interview (about 30 minutes), followed by short online quiz regarding general knowledge (which I had a few days to do), which was also I think 30minutes? After that several rounds of interviews.
