1. online test where u answer simple math and general knowledge questions 2. 15-30 minute interview with associate in same position as the one ur applying (why u wanna apply, salary expectations) 3. 45-60 min interview with manager in office u are applying to (deeper questions into motivation, some personality questions, digging into experience + TASK, which is simulation of what they do at work (how would u approach this research etc)) 4. 45-60 min interview with partner, same similar questions as the previous round, but then you spend around half the time or more doing a market sizing question (how would u calculate the number of x in this city)
