J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cityblock Health (Raleigh, NC) en mars 2025
Entretien
Interview experience started with recruiter getting fired which delayed start of process. Got connected with a new recruiter, was told I was the top candidate for the position. Made it through three rounds of interview, no feedback after each one. Final interview was a case study, found out about not getting the job after the status in workday flipped red. No feedback was given and no response to any emails from the hiring team.

Entretien
There was a recruiter screening followed by an interview with the hiring manager. But I did not go any further in the interview process. The questions were standard interview questions.

Phone screening that was pretty standard. The pay was already below market and the recruiter told me they would not negotiate if they made an offer. The benefits were also terrible. With this and the fact that I felt pretty overqualified after learning more about the role, I knew I would like not choose to move forward. The recruiter emailed me a few times after saying they would follow up-up with next steps by X date, but never actually did. I eventually followed up to close the loop when I saw that the role had been reposted a month later. She responded that we’re closing the role with a referral they received. The lack of communication for a month to close to loop sooner was unprofessional.
