Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez City Year en févr. 2011

I commend City Year for their persistence and quick responses. The staff make you feel as if they truly want you to be a part of their program. Although, for my first interview, my interviewer was very dry and at times made me feel uncomfortable, my second interview was much better. I would advise anyone who plans on interviewing to think of any group activities they've recently participated in, their challenges within the group, and the outcome, as most of the questions seem to be geared on assessing how well you work with others.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
(Don't remember the exact phrasing) How would you approach a situation that requires someone that doesn't have as much experience as you to have a position of authority over you? And, how would you handle yourself if you were ask to be in a authority position over people that clearly have more experience than you?

Very simple. Quick virtual interview and pretty simple questions. Research their values and what not and you should be good to go. As far as I remember it was a single interview and decision is relatively soon after that.
Really friendly and welcoming. Try to make it as comfortable as possible and share about the work they do. They want to ensure applicants are making the right decisions and that they assess the values.

Done over zoom and not an overly long process interviews are usually conducted by the IM for a school in the city you are applying for but if you have a pulse you should be fine
