      Entretien

The process was relatively quick but involved multiple steps. Once you submit your application you should get a call within a week. This will schedule your preliminary interview. You want to come prepared to be asked a lot of in depth questions about the answers you put on your application. It will last around 2 hours, come in business attire (suit and tie). At the end you will most likely receive The supplemental application to be filled out and returned within a few days. This application is similar to the first but requires more history to be shared. Also you will be told to gather personal documents such as certification, diplomas, transcripts, ect. These will be brought to your final interview. If you are called back (do not call them let them call you) you will schedule an interview with the investigator. This interview will again be formal business attire and will go over again in greater depth all the information from your applications. This will gather information that will be used during your background investigation . It is imperative to be honest. Anything that can be found on a records check should be divulged during this process. If you are called back after this interview you will schedule an applicant review board. This is the final formal interview that will help make the decision whether you are or are not hired. It may take a week before you get this phone call but remember do not call them they want to see that you can follow directions. This interview will be more strenuous and serious. Be sure to be professional in your attire and actions. They will begin to question you again more in-depth to all of the answers and information you have shared with them up until this point. They are wanting to see consistency and giving you the opportunity to be honest so that nothing comes as a surprise during your background investigation. My opinion you should be honest about anything you know they will find or you think they will find. They would rather you have a blemish and be honest about it then to try and hide it. They will discuss more details of the job at that point and also share with you when you would be set to start. If they call you that's good if they do not you did not get the job. Once you are hired on they will schedule a home visit and begin your background investigation. The home visit is much more casual and often times an opportunity for them to share what you will be doing with your family as well as make suite you're not hiding any obvious issues at home.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

They will want to know reasons why you left any job in the past. They will want to know reasons that you moved long distances. They will ask you about your education and general questions pertaining to your upbringing and life in general.
