Entretien
Recruiter contacted via mail. Scheduled after one month. Took 2 telephonic. Two face to face. Took another one month for HR round. After all this pain finally told we want candidate of some other background and who can join in 15 days. Now either they are so dumb that they could not read it in my Resume what my notice period was before wasting my time and making me wait two months. Or they just don't care at all. These guys take total 5 rounds in which face to face took complete day. And in the end they don't have the courtesy to tell either I m not selected or whatever. Might be a good company to work but definitely pathetic interview process. Horrible HR from pune who handled it. If this is the attitude before hiring good knows what happens after they hire!
