First part of the interview was an overview of the job before the supervisor and assistant supervisor. Second part of the interview was a three part test on listening skills, grammar in reference to live chat/email, and then a temperament test. Due to the nature of the job, they need to know that the employee can tell the difference between aggressive, assertive, and passive behavior.
