Three rounds of interviews. First interview was with a recruiter over the phone. Second interview was with two managers. Third interview was with the department head. First interview was very basic asking about my background. Second and Third interviews were more in depth going over my resume and background as well as why I wanted to work at Citizens. After going through all the interviews it took around 3-4 weeks to find out if I got the job. Overall it was a great experience and everyone was very friendly.
