met with my soon to be my boss 1 time we spoke for a hour about nothing much no in depth relative questions. It felt like he was just using my interview time in order to not have to go back to work, then 2nd interview was with his boss and that was basically the same type of interview. Both approved of me and then 2 weeks later I received an offer letter.
